During the pre-onboarding, we kindly request that you prepare two case studies and share with us your goals for using our platform as well as the challenges you hope to overcome. This will help us understand your specific needs and tailor the onboarding experience to best support you.
4: Your Onboarding
Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will proceed with the onboarding session, which typically lasts between one and one and a half hours. It is important to ensure that all the individuals who will be using the tool are present during this session. This will allow for a seamless start in using the product.
